Yachts Sales & Marketing Trainee & Executives ( Full or Part Time or Freelance ) Training available for qualified Beginner candidates
Monthly Basic Salary (￥5,000 to 20,000 ) + high commissions + paid travel vacations
Total Annual Compensation Package can be in 6 to 7 Figures (￥500,000 to 1,000,000 or more ) ; depending on your achieved annual sales figures.（if you are a high achiever and believe in yourself ability ）
Job Description ：
To market our Yachts Ownership & Membership Programs & Yachts Rental Services & Yachts Events & Parties Services & Tickets to High Net Worth Individuals ( Foreign Businesses Owners ) & Management of the Fortune 500 Companies & Famous International Brands customers, in Guangzhou & Shenzhen.
Market to Fortune 500 companies and Famous International Brands customers, the following types of yacht activities & services from our Yachts Club:
Staff functions & office parties
Team building activities
Company product launches
Award ceremonies
Staff incentives
Business meetings & lunches
Client entertainment
Duties:
1, regularly organize market research, market information collection, analysis of market trends, characteristics and development trends;
2, to collect information about High Net Worth Individuals ( Foreign Businesses Owners ) & Management of the Fortune 500 Companies & Famous International Brands and the other yacht clubs in Guangzhou & Shenzhen, master the yacht clubs market dynamics, analysis of sales and market competition development, put forward improvement programs and measures;
3, responsible for collecting, sorting, summed up customers information, a thorough analysis of the customers base;
4, Completed the sales tasks targets issued by the company; determine sales targets, development of sales plans;
5, objectively and timely reflection of customers comments and suggestions, and constant improvement of work.
Job Requirements:
1, Preferable college degree or above (not necessary) , female, preferable English Native language speaker, good image and good temperament, sunny & happy personality, self-motivator; strong sales & marketing, public relation, public speech ability.
2, excellent language organization and public relations ability, hard work, strong sense of responsibility, have a good psychological quality and teamwork awareness;
3, preferable have 2 years and more years experiences (not necessary) with the golf clubs, horse clubs, jets club, or high-end night club or private clubs, five stars hotels and with high-end conference promotion, five-stars hotel promotion and other related high end work experiences;
4, to agree with the company's business philosophy, with obedience;
5, if there are potential High Net Worth Individuals ( Foreign Businesses Owners ) & Management of the Fortune 500 Companies & Famous International Brands customers resources or high end clubs & yacht clubs experiences is preferred.
