Job Description
Job responsibilities:
1, responsible for the site of Amazon products shelves, account management, maintenance and optimization of the listing page, to ensure account security;
2, pre-sale, sale, after-sales customer service, timely solve and reduce customer's comments and Case;
3, product data editing and optimization;
4, fixed period sales data, inventory statistics data, such as RMA, timely adjustment of marketing strategy, maintain inventory turnover and inventory of good safety.

Job requirements:
1, Bachelor or above, bachelor degree or above, with a certificate of bachelor's degree, with English Certificate CET4 grade and above, fluent in English writing and speaking; 2, familiar with the B2C cross-border e-commerce platform (such as eBay, Amazon, Alibaba, Dunhuang, aliexpress, WISH) operation or related work experience preferred;
3, proficiency in computer applications, proficient in office office software;
4, physical and mental health, no bad habits, work carefully, have patience, understanding ability, strong communication skills, have the ability to be flexible;
