Job Description
- Assist general manager to make strategic analysis, strategic positioning, business structure, business model, competitive strategy, implementation planning and other aspects of the management of the marketing system.

- Establish enterprise marketing system. Providing market research, interpretation and prediction to determine the target market. Lead and control the progress and direction of sale.

- Provide brand strategy and ensure branding standards are clearly formulated and that guidelines are followed across all marketing channels. Manage strategic marketing plan and campaigns 

- Oversee the marketing strategy for new and existing product categories. Product design, strategy and management

- Manage Brand Marketing budget. Negotiate vendor contracts, rate and service level agreements for all brand marketing initiatives. 

- Help the company to establish CI system, including VI.

Requirements 

1)Bachelor or master degree in business administration, marketing or IT
2)At least 2 years experience in senior marketing management. Experience in E-commerce is preferred.
3)Able to establish, operate and manage the international marketing system.
4)Native in English language and medium level in Chinese language. German or any other language would be an advantage. 
5)Ability on brand innovation and planning.
6)Experience in industry and product market research. Experience in making and operation of annual market plan. 
7)Excellent communication skills, market development ability and decision-marketing skills
