The ideal candidate will be working as a Restaurant Manager in a quality operation and have experience of working in a busy restaurant whilst still placing an emphasis on quality. They will be looking to take their first step into General Management.

The ideal candidate will be:

Fluent in Mandarin
Strong knowledge of Spanish and/or European cuisine
