•To lead the curriculum development, organizing the teachers to set up
curriculum design team based on different subjects, inviting experts to
revise the curriculum, providing Cogdel center’s subject standards in long
term, publishing the textbooks.
•To organize trainings for the teachers to meet the teaching quality of the
designed curriculum.
•To lead the academic audit in Cogdel centers and to provide audit report to Cogdel management.
•To control the academic quality in Cogdel centers on behalf of the oversea
partner schools and Cogdel academic department, through organizing the
entry exams and term exams, revising the center qualification, and regular
site visiting.
• To lead the oversea credits accreditation.
• To gather proper academic resources for Cogdel Academy, including but
not limited to overseas schools, academic institutes, qualified expat.
teachers and experts, and teaching resources.
