Job responsibilities:
1, Responsible for the site of Amazon product, account management, maintenance and optimization of the listing page, to ensure account security;
2, Pre-sale, sale, after-sales customer service, timely solve and reduce customer's comments and Case;
3, Product data editing and optimization;
4, Fixed period sales data, inventory statistics data, such as RMA, timely adjustment of marketing strategy, maintain inventory turnover and inventory of good safety.

Job requirements:
1, Bachelor or above, bachelor degree or above, with a certificate of bachelor's degree, speaks Chinese are preferred;
2, Familiar with the B2C cross-border e-commerce platform (such as eBay, Amazon, Alibaba, Dunhuang, aliexpress, WISH) operation or related work experience preferred;
3, Any Japanese who is currently staying/working in China or is willing to work in China, understands Japanese consumer behavior, aesthetics and lifestyle ;
3, Proficiency in computer applications, proficient in office office software;
4, Physical and mental health, no bad habits, work carefully, have patience, understanding ability, strong communication skills, have the ability to be flexible;
