Suzhou Boren is affiliated to Lunhua Education Group. And we started our recruiting business in 2015. Every year, we place hundreds of teachers to schools and training centers all over China.
We not only help schools in recruitment, teachers in job hunting; but also guide both parties in the visa process and policy consulting.
Suzhou Boren also runs the TEFL in China (Suzhou Office). The TEFL in China training program is organized by the Information Research Center, of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs (SAFEA). The TEFL in China certification is authorized by the department of Cultural and Educational Experts, of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs (SAFEA), and is officially recognized throughout China.

Basic requirements from schools:
- At least a bachelor’s degree
- Two years of full time after graduation teaching experience or TEFL/ TESOL/ CELTA
- Age from 22 to 55
- Holding passport from English native speaking countries, like US, UK, NZ, Australia, Canada, Ireland, South Africa(N/A in some places)
- For subject teachers, 2 years of related teaching experience is required (non-English Native with fair accent is acceptable)

Some facts:
The salary and benefit packages differ from cities, school type, student age, and your experience, etc.
Normally, universities pay less due to the fact of less teaching hours.
Public schools often pay less than international schools, but with lighter work.
Schools normally have ten-month contracts, which means you may need summer jobs.
Training centers recruit all-year-round, and they have two days off per week but not during the weekend.

Middle school to high school (mostly public schools) – offer from 10k to 12k with housing and other benefits

Middle school to high school – offer from 13k to 20k depending on subjects, housing and other benefits are provided
Kindergarten – offer around 14k with housing and other benefits

Hubei:
( Cities like Wuhan, Yiling, etc.)
Middle school to high school – offer from 13k to 18k depending on subjects, housing and other benefits are provided
University positions – offer around 6800 per month with housing and other benefits

Anhui:
(Bengbu, Hefei, etc)
University – offer from 7k to 8k per month with housing and other benefits

Zhejiang:
(Cities like Hangzhou, Zhuji, Yiwu, Ningbo etc.)
International schools – offer from 10k to 22k depending on subjects, housing and other benefits are provided
Public schools – offer from 8k to 12k with housing and other benefits
Training center (mostly adults) – offer from 11k to 15k depending on teaching hours, other benefits are provided

Shanghai:
Kindergarten -- offer starts from 16k with housing and other benefits
High school – offer 18k to 22k with housing and other benefits
Training centers (kids to adults) – offer from 14k to 17k per month, other benefits are provided
