Job Description:

- Equity research: With all documents required (legal papers and company objectives) along with our business plan look for foreign investment in China. Promote the Charge-Me project and negotiate in order to find investment. Equity Researcher does not have to reach our target of 75000 USD or have one big investor, but must be looking and seeking constant investment, even smaller investments from more foreign firms and companies is fine. Finding investors, even in small doses must be constant however.

- English - Chinese Mediator and Business Consultant: Any document or need for negotation (whether with suppliers, legal companies, government or any other entity) in Chinese must be covered by this employee. When in need, employee must not only explain and make our team fully understand what the entity speaking Chinese is saying, but also, when needed, say their opinion and share their views about it.

- Chinese representitive: Represent our company in China, have the company's objectives, role and descrition along with the company's vision clearly in mind in order to explain them to any third party.

Requirements:

- University degree in Economics, Finance or Business
- Expert on Equity Research and Investment
- Very solid Business Knowledge
- At least 2 years of experience in the investment field
- Between 25 and 40 years old
- Fluent in English
- Native level of Mandarin Chinese
- Passionate person. Must be willing to work hard and share our vision. This is the most important requirement.


Compensation:

Part Time Job: 18 hours of work weekly.
Salary: 2500 to 5000 RMB starting monthly salary with increase after 2 months and optionals with percentage bonuses in the future.
