Job Description
Job responsibilities:
1. handle the daily administrative affairs of the company and manage the personnel information
2, formulate recruitment plan and procedures, carry out recruitment;
3, accepting employee complaints, dealing with labor disputes, disputes and coordination;
4, participate in the position management, organization settings, organize the preparation and review of departmental function manuals and job descriptions.
Job requirements:
1 、 flexible thinking, good communication skills, sense of responsibility and strong pressure resistance;
2 、 familiar with computer basics;
3, three years related administrative personnel experience, priority will be given to those who have experience;
4, the modern enterprise human resources management model has a systematic understanding and rich practical experience;
5, the state, regions and enterprises on contract management, salary system, employment mechanism, insurance, benefits and other aspects of laws and regulations and policies have a certain understanding;
6 、 high school education or above.
7 、 hold C1 license, skilled driving;
