Job Description
Introduction
Yung Wing International Kindergarten, Nanning Branch was established by Huafa Education Investment Holding Co., Ltd. The kindergarten is the fifth kindergarten branch under the management of Zhuhai Yung Wing International Kindergarten and it aims at building a high-end kindergarten education. We advocate the ideology of “Making Childhood Happy” as the educational philosophy by building advanced facilities, professional teaching teams and efficient services.
Responsibilities
English Teachers at Yung Wing are responsible for planning and implementing English mornings/afternoons (following set kindergarten routines) in 2 separate classrooms, where children are aged 2 to 6 years old. Furthermore English Teachers are expected to assist with classroom decoration, linked to everyday English and the schools current teaching topics. English Teachers are also expected to fully integrate into Yung Wing, in relation to participation in Yung Wing events (which can occur outside of normal hours).
Qualifications
1. Be a ‘Native English Speaker’ from U.K., U.S., Canada, New Zealand or Australia, with clear enunciation.
2. Have one of: BA (Hons) in Teaching, BA (Hons) in English, BA (Hons) in other relevant teaching fields, or a PGCE.
3. Have a minimum 1+ years teaching experience.
4. Have a truly outgoing personality with such traits as: creative, energized, fun-loving, happy, responsible, patient, punctual, kind, honest etc!

Benefits
1.Salary: 12,000RMB/month for the first year, or higher up to 18,000RMB/month depending qualifications and experiences, with a pay raise between 500-2000RMB/month in the second and subsequent years.
2.Yearly Bonus: 11,000RMB if the staff successfully completes the contract and has met the school’s requirements.
3.The English teacher’s child can get 50% discount of tuition fee; The teachers can enjoy three free meals at the kindergarten. Accommodation: If requested (rent deducted from salary)
