English Copy-writer/editor - LinkedIn + other social media
Soci-LinkShanghaiUpdate time: June 27,2017
Job Description
We're working exclusively with LinkedIn in mainland China, and bringing hundreds of small and medium businesses, as well as many local and provincial government bodies and their initiatives onto the platform.

We have a growing team in Shanghai, working alongside our sister-company (that specialises in digital marketing, more specifically with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc) in helping China businesses and organisation market their products, services and imitatives online to an overseas audience.

We're looking for a motivated, optimistic and hard-working professional to join our team and provide full-time copy-writing and editing support for a variety of projects which cover areas such as: big data, tourism, auto, food and bev, manufacturing, talent search, foreign direct investment, etc

You will join a diverse team of foreign and local staff in our growing Shanghai office. Although you will be the sole foreigner in the LinkedIn team, you will work along-side foreign staff from Canada, USA, Korea, Japan, Venezuela, Russia, UK, Australia and France.

You will be challenged to ensure that all copy for key clients is of the highest standard, and is able to meet the objectives of each specific client.

You may be required to develop, build, launch, optimise and analyse advertisements on the LinkedIn network; with internal training provided, of course.

You may be required to travel to meet clients throughout China on a semi-regular basis; therefore, some Chinese language ability would be useful, though not essential. Ability and willingness to meet with high-level government officials will be something are comfortable with

You may also find opportunity to be involved in the broader scope of our sister-company's undertakings in digital marketing, with campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc often requiring additional ad hoc support.

Any previous marketing (preferably online/digital), social media, or graphic design experience will be well regarded, though again, not essential; as the core role is copy-writing and editing.

Applicants not in China need not apply.

Working visa will be provided to successful candidate; though of course you must meet the requirements for working in China (verifiable undergraduate degree essential).

Full-time positions, Monday to Friday 9/10am-6/7pm.

Salary offered at 10,000 per month during probation, 12K after 3 month's successful probation, adjusted accordingly through ongoing performance reviews.
