General Description
The primary job objective is to become fluent in teaching pedagogy, training frameworks, and test content and to execute training product development and implementation.
Essential duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
•Familiarizing with various standardized test content (TOEFL, IELTS, ACT, SAT); emphasis on ACT and SAT
•Creating high-quality live training content.
•Designing training programs.
•Executing live trainings.
Creating video and web-based training content.
Qualifications：
•2+ years experience in education and/or training.
•Excellent public speaking skills.
•Excellent inter-personal skills.
•Mastery of test content for ACT & SAT (emphasis on Reading & Writing, Math and Science (ACT) a plus).
•Creative, specifically the ability to create training curriculum.
•A self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
•A proven team player who can work effectively with people with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
