Job position: Quality Control Manager
City: Hangzhou, 3 or 4 days/week traveling around factories in Zhejiang mainly (return same day)
Job start date: As soon as possible
Salary: 10.000 – 15.000RMB/month Negotiable, depending on skills + full expenses when travel.

About us
Overseas company with Hong Kong office, dedicated to the export business is now setting up an office in Hangzhou to manage their relation with the suppliers, which are mainly in Zhejiang province.
The company is on fast growing and we need to control our production and suppliers.
The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, a tireless work ethic and an insatiable appetite for growth.

Responsibilities
We are looking for one person to manage the purchase process and keep a good business relation with our factories in China, mainly in Zhejiang province, (usually same day travel by bus or fast train). To do the QC on site and make regular visits, improve purchase conditions, detect and solve problems, make the suppliers reach delivery times, check the loading and follow the orders in general.
There´s also some office work to do related to the relation with suppliers, products and QC, and maybe other office tasks if the situation requires it.
In the next months and years we will increase our QC staff and if you are capable can be promoted to manage QC Department.

Qualifications and Skills
Bilingual English and Chinese required. Expat preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree not Mandatory but preferred, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
3+ years of experience in purchase, QC or export roles.
Excellent communication, decision-making skills.
Advanced Excel skills.
Availability to travel around and work on factories.
Flexible time

Other details
Working place: Based in Hangzhou, moving around Zhejiang and near provinces.
Working time: Flexible, as QC requires to travel and do some extra time sometimes. Sundays free.
