Manage and develop key accounts for new product sales. Work with stakeholders at pharmaceutical firms to deliver our expanding portfolio of solutions
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Responsible for promoting intelligence databases at major pharmaceutical companies and medical device companies to reach sales target
Follow sales process at Lingmed to maintain high professional work standard
Maintain existing customers and develop new customers to achieve sales growth
Develop strong client relationship with good insights and reports related to our clients
Able to interact professionally with senior management at big pharma / device companies in China
Able to uncover client pain points, and be flexible and creative in finding solutions
Flexibility in learning to work with new product areas and addressing diverse pharmaceutical client needs such as new product launch, product licensing, sales operations optimization etc.
Minimum Education and Experience:
University degree or above 全日制本科学历或以上
Major in medicine, pharmacy, medical information management, public health, chemical or biology is preferred 专业是药学,医学信息,公共卫生,化学等优先考虑
0-3 years experiences in life science or pharmaceutical related industries is a plus 0-3年制药行业或者生命科学相关行业工作经验优先考虑
Existing sales experience 1-3 years is a plus
Good background and past employer reference
Good team work spirit良好的团队合作精神
Good analytical skills and PPT/Excel knowledge
Experience in MNC pharmaceutical company is a plus 外资制药企业经验优先考虑
Strong learning and passion 对工作富有激情,学习能力强
Strong client leadership and connection 沟通协调能力优秀
Ability to manage complex issues and situations 处理复杂问题和适应情境的能力
CET-6 above, good spoken and written English CET-6或以上,英语读写优秀,口语良好
Independent and entrepreneurial approach to problem solving
Track record of excellence in working with clients and addressing client needs
An outgoing personality –“a people person”
Strong presentation and communication skills
Willing to travel intensively
