Description:
1. Responsible for the recruitment management
2. Edit HR recruitment handbooks
3. Complete references, pre-screen candidates
4. Support and facilitates group and behavioral interviews
5. Help to manage a candidate pool in the recruiting life cycle
6. Deliver the required tasks in a reasonable time frame
7. Research new sources for candidates
8. In charge of the activities of foreign talent management of HNA holding
9. Broadcast the HNA Company culture


Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. 2+ years relevant working experience;
3. Excellent organizational, critical thinking and problem solving skills;
4. Strong interpersonal communication and bilingual writing skills;
5. Superior multi-culture skills;
6. Proficient in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook;
7. Fluency in Mandarin preferred.
