Duties:

职责：

1. Design internal products and services in our team.

1.设计内部产品以及服务。

2.UX focused role, collect information and requirements from end-user to improve products and services.

2.专注于产品的用户体验及设计，从终端用户收集信息以及需求以改进内部产品以及服务。

3.Communicate with technical and test team to get issues in our products and submit proposals to resolve them.

3.与技术以及测试团队进行沟通，发现并收集产品中的问题，并提交可行性的解决提案。

4.Follow latest news, progress and relative products in the industry, and improve our products and services with direct leader.

4.关注业界最新消息，进展以及产品，并根据实际需求，与直属主管进行内部产品及服务的改进。

Necessary Qualifications:

必要资格：

1.Product design or computer science education background, bachelor or above.

1.产品设计或计算机相关专业背景，本科及以上学历。

2.At least 2 years working experience on software product design.

2.至少两年软件产品设计工作经验。

3.Familiar with office and product design tools, such as Microsoft Office, Axure, mind diagram and Visio, etc.

3.熟练运用各种办公以及产品设计工具，如Microsoft Office, Axure, mind diagram以及Visio等。

4.Good English and Chinese skill, both on reading and writing.

4.良好的英语和中文读写能力。

5.Excellent communication skill.

5.优秀的沟通能力。
