Work description:

Call & e-mail to customer;
Follow up clients for checking the their needs.
Do client survey to check the performance of the agents.
Receive requests from clients
Recieve complaints/appreciation towards the services
Follow up for all the received house issues and making sure these are being solved on time by the personnel/deparement responsible for them.
Make daily report for your daily work.

We require:

Fluent English and can speak mandarin is a plus
Enjoys working via phone and emails
Have a long patience and a postive attitude towards work.
