Compensation:
School Type: Online English Training Company
Salary: 25000 RMB per month 
Workload: 9:00-12:00, 13:00-19:00 from Monday to Friday
Position: Training Manager in English Training Company
Working Location: Wangjing East Station, Chaoyang district，Beijing
Start date: ASAP

 Responsibility:
1.      Supervise and monitor teachers’ teaching for training and quality assurance purposes.
2.      Create training plans and materials for teachers.
3.      Conduct training sessions to on-boarding teachers.
4.      Class teaching needed for training tasks.
 
Requirements:
1.      Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, linguistics, or related field.
2.      Experience in teaching kindergarten students needed.
3.      Teacher training experience preferred.
