JOB POSITION
Operations Manager Position is responsible for executing all leasing, planning, and operations components for Redcity projects around China. Primary responsibilities will include tenant representation, facilitating leasing negotiations and contracts, and assisting Operations Director with day to day activities in managing Redcity properties. Ideal candidate is a quick learner, charismatic and energetic with a background in retail, real estate, and/or operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Communicate with current tenants
2. Research multi-city retail market trends for project analysis
3. Finding and initiating outreach with potential tenants
4. Following up with potential tenants and facilitating leasing process
5. Managing leasing process all the way through to final contract
6. Implementing/overseeing all property management and operations processes
7. Acting as landlord representative with all third party agencies
8. Leading/overseeing all marketing, operations, development, or leasing teams
9. Able to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously

REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in both Chinese and English
- Working proficiency in basic Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Preferred 2+ years working experience in retail, real estate, leasing and/or operations
- Minimum of a Bachelors Degree or college equivalent
- Willing to travel to various project sites
- Strong communication skills and a charismatic personality
- Ability to follow directions
