We are an innovative and exciting mobile-­app startup focused on the alcohol delivery sector
currently operating in Shanghai, Suzhou, Hong Kong and Singapore. As we are experiencing
rapid growth, we are looking to hire a dedicated and organized Operations Executive to support the overall department. This is a 6-­month internship, with an opportunity to become a full team member upon its successful completion.

Reporting to: Operations Manager
Position Start Date: Immediate

Job Description
• Assist with data analysis and reporting.
• Assist and support the Operations Manager with administrative tasks.
• Manage the stock & inventory in partnership with third-­party warehouse.
• Manage back-­end order management and inventory systems.
• Other ad-­hoc duties and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements
• Fast learner, able to think quickly on their feet
• Organized, proactive and responsible
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Logistics or supply chain experience in FMCG industry preferred
• Experience with data analysis a plus
• Basic level of Chinese preferred
• Enjoys wine/beer and interested in new technology
