Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Club Manager is accountable for setting direction, allocating resources and ensuring execution in the Club environment. Success will be evaluated by demonstrating the following: 

1.Maintain exceptional Member and Board relations and facilities by creating a quality environment through staffing, programming, service operations and maintenance. 
2.Develop aggressive sales, marketing and revenue plans and direct successful implementation. 
3.Actively market Club Membership, Member services and facilities to attract new Members. 
4.Recruit, select and develop a qualified staff of Employee Partners to understand the relationship between value, Member satisfaction and Member retention. 
5.Create and maintain an excellent work environment, centered upon teamwork and mutual respect. Actively participate in Club events and gather feedback post-event. 
6.Foster and maintain collaborative Board, Landlord and Building Management relationships. 
7.Ensure all accounting practices are in compliance with the established ClubCorp accounting policy and procedure. 
8.Manage Adj. EBITDA to ensure all the Club's financial obligations are met.

OTHER ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Because of the fluctuating demands of the company's operation, it may be necessary that each Employee Partner perform a multitude of different functions; therefore, as an essential part of your position, you will be expected to help others when the occasion arises, just as other Employee Partners are expected to help you. Accordingly, you may be expected to perform other tasks as needed or as directed. 
2.Understand the rationale and requirements detailed in ClubCorp's policies and operating procedures. 
3.Conduct oneself as a representative of the ClubCorp management team by visibly supporting and implementing policy and demonstrating high standards of ethics and integrity with Members, Guests and Employee Partners. 
4.Ensure every Employee Partner in a Member-contact position has successfully completed training and is actively promoting Club events. 
5.Secure and maintain positive involvement from the Board of Governors by sharing the vision for the Club and by gaining their support to build a culture of Member focus. 
6. Ensure all Members receive the level of attention and service necessary to exceed their expectations. Ensure follow up on serious Member complaints/concerns quickly and effectively. 
7.Ensure that every resigning Member is contacted to ascertain their reason for resignation.

DIMENSIONS:
5 years of Food and Beverage experience within the Club, hospitality, or entertainment industry.

EDUCATION:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Hospitality-related field is preferred.   
 
LANGUAGE SKILL:
Fluent writing and speaking in English and other languages, familiar with Mandarin is preferred, Foreign face is preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT:
Attendance Requirements for this position: 5 Days a week (according to Club operation).
