Bon Day! is an educational services company founded in 2015 and backed by founding members of Tencent, China's largest Internet company. We are seeking motivated individuals to join our rapidly expanding team as we work to broaden our range of educational program offerings.
 
Educational consultants are expected to work on a variety of tasks related to curriculum and program development, as well as lead seminars, counsel students during college applications, and help them improve their reading, writing, and critical thinking abilities while working closely with them as a mentor. Our ideal consultant is a motivated, flexible, self-driven individual with a passion for working with high-achieving students.
 
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top US College, University, or Liberal Arts School.
- Currently living in China; willing to relocate to Shanghai, Shenzhen, or Beijing.
- Native English fluency.
- Superior writing & editing skills.
- Capable of using technology and able to adapt quickly to new procedures.
- Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team.
- Passion for higher education, reading, event planning, wellness, and mentorship.
- Chinese language skills preferred, but not required.
 
Responsibilities
- Evaluation of internationally inclined high school students.
- Mentorship, planning, and application guidance for US-bound students.
- Structured English reading and writing development.
- Career advice, resume building, and interview preparation.
- Develop and support mobile app initiatives.
- Other duties as necessary.
