Job Description

Currently we’re looking for a
Office Assistant
to join our team in our Shanghai office.

Responsibilities
• Reception of clients and visitors
• Daily administrative tasks (TNT, mail correspondence, etc.)
• Assisting with filing, answering the phone
• Assisting all teams (sourcing, sales and design) with travel and other arrangements
• Taking care of office environment
• Communication with outside vendors (IT, suppliers for all office related matters, etc)
• Other tasks assigned by Operations Manager

Requirements
• Chinese native speaker and fluency in English is a must
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• University degree
• PC Skills (windows, outlook, excel)
• Can work in team under pressure

Your tasks (among others) would include:
- attendance management
- finance admin help (expense reports etc)
- IT coordination
- Express companies coordination
- Help packing samples
- Water, coffee, tea
- Ayi coordination (plants etc)
- Maintenance
- Answer phone
- Greet visitors
- Cookies
- Clean environment
- Office/team outings
- HR interview arrangements
- Travel arrangements for all staff
- Private admin help
- Personal assistant for mgmt.
- Other daily assigned tasks
