Job description:
1.Do a day to day call&email; follow up for clients to check the overall wellness of their current house and their current status.
2.Do survey the clients to gauge the performance of the agents.
3.Recieve request from clients regarding house issues have them eslalated to the right personnel/deparement to better assist the house issues.
4.Recieve complaints/appreciation towards the services provided with the clients and have them addressed by the specific account manager.
5.Do follow up for all the received house issues and making sure these are being solved on time by the personnel/deparement responsible for them.
6.Do daily report for all the tasks accomplish on a specific day.

Job requirement:
1.Good english conversationalist/can speak mandarin is a plus enjoys working thur phone and emails
2.Have a long patence and a postive a ttitude towards work.
