4. Monetize landscaping projects and negotiate contracts with clients

Experience, skills and educational requirements
1, Landscape designer holding non-Chinese passport, with 8 years or above related working experience in urban planning, landscaping or other related fields,

2, Apt in hand drawing and aesthetic skills;

3, Familiar with landscape materials, construction technology and greening tree species in north China;

4, Familiar with Autocad, Photoshop, Sketchup, Lumin, Microsoft Excel and other software

5, Basic Chinese language skills for daily communications

6, Strong communication skills and team working
