Annie's Italian Restaurant is looking for a sales training manager!

We are looking for an experienced training manager, specialised in sales and staff management.

Responsibilities:

- Create innovative, interactive training content and develop presentations/slide sets/videos
- Develop and maintain training modules
- Provide individualised feedback/monitor for each trained field team member
- Monitor and evaluate trainings program's effectiveness
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor programs as necessary
- Works with all appropriate internal departments to ensure technical and business informations are successfully incorporated into the program.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as training manager
- At least 10 years of experience in the field
- Experienced, comfortable and effective at public speaking
- Good communication skills
- Experience in the restaurant field and related sales
- Ability to plan
- Fluent in English
- Basic knowledge of the Chinese language is a plus, but is not required
