The primary job objective is to become fluent in teaching pedagogy, training frameworks, and test content and to

oversee training product development and implementation.

Essential duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

* Familiarizing with various standardized test content (TOEFL, IELTS, ACT, SAT).

* Overseeing quality control of training content.

* Designing training programs.

* Executing live trainings.

* Creating video and web-based training content

* Managing team members to support all training activities.
