1. Partner with business department to understand the business strategy and make sure HR strategy effectively planning and implementation
2. Fast matching, efficient recruitment, meet the demand recruitment
3. Build talents pool and make sure information secrecy
4. Recruitment data statistics and analysis. Do job summary and reporting. Constantly optimize the recruitment process, shorten the recruitment cycle, improve the efficiency of recruitment
5. Active interact with the management and staff. Establish effective and diversified company culture communication channel and ensure team’s smooth information flow. Know about team morale, help with team building and create the atmosphere of trust and goodwill, to promote the company culture
6. Any other work assigned by leader

Qualification:
1. Know about JD of every job of internet industry
2. College degree or above, major in HR, Management, Psychology or related
3, 3 years above of internet industry recruitment experience. Familiar with hiring process
4. Good language expression and communication ability, good coordination, analysis and judgment ability
5. Strong executive ability, be flexible, affinity and good teamwork spirit
6. Good English

Better to have:
Have working experiences in large Internet or e-commerce platform
