1.Keep a good relationship with Jstone restaurants` guest; also doing service in restaurant;
2.Getting the first feedback about our F/B service from guest, and studying it with our Chinese SouChef and manager for making our F/B service better;
3.Always keeping smiling greeting in restaurant entrance while guests coming; send guests to the entrance with hand shaking and pleasant smile while guest leaving;
4.When Restaurant manager off, can take restaurant responsibility completely and independently;
5.You have to know and responsible for all working stuff around restaurant;
6.Collecting guests` name card, and make a clear guests data base in computer and also make plan that how to make business from the data base.
7.Help stuff`s English training(Making Stuff`s gathering “service & English training” );
8.Follow Chinese`s manger working arrangement ( Including your working shift, Restaurant manager is your direct manager, before you report to GM you have to report to him);
9.Setting a good example to other staff, helping them keep a good working status (Leadership means setting an example).
