FX & CFD Client Representative
We are an award winning online FX & CFD trading company based in Melbourne CBD. We are currently seeking entry level and experienced Client Services Representatives.
Salary + Super + Discretionary Bonus
Duties/Areas of Responsibilities
• Provide client support including technical, operational and basic trading
• Responding to client queries relating to account management
• Responding to incoming enquiries from clients via email, live chat and telephone in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting prospective clients via email, live chat and telephone with the account opening process
• Client relationship management
• Provide assistance in implementing new procedures and processes
• Adhere to revisions to existing compliance practices and procedures, as implemented by the Compliance Manager / Compliance Committee
• Co-operation and participation with ongoing training program
Requirements
• Studies in a finance related field
• Ability to think analytically
• Ability to troubleshoot day-today issues
• Well organised with the ability to take ownership of tasks and prioritise (Self – Starter)
• Willingness to work in fast paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible shift hours between 7pm-7am
• Experience using MT4 platform and basic trading knowledge an advantage, but not necessary
• The ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese and advantage, but not necessary
• Preferably RG146 qualified, but not necessary
