IDEALSUN, established in 2001, specializes in the design, construction and management of interior and exterior decoration works, and has set up branches in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong. We are looking for a senior designer who has rich experience in office space for enterprise clients:
1. Excellent of using English in daily working communication;
2. Bachelor degree in interior design or related majors at least 5+ years working experience in interior design.
3. Active and strong Team work spirit possessed;
4. Minimum 3 years of working experience as leading designer for multinational clientele projects (China or international)，familiar with the codes & regulation regarding to the interior design in China;
5. Experienced of whole design process from conceptual design phase to completion,
6. Good at bridging the proper communication channel between client & project team;
7. Rich knowledge in material & construction details, capable of solving design problems during the construction period; enables to deliver the project in high qualification;
8. Skillful in AutoCAD、Photoshop、SketchUp and Microsoft Office, etc;
Prospective candidate shall prepare the portfolio of design works for qualification.
