Job Description
Overseas Operations Manager (Indian)

Responsibilities:
Coordinate the operations team’s daily work; allocate tasks to individual team members.
Assist the operations team in fulfilling daily orders.
Resolve any problems in the operations process and provide prompt feedback to supervisors.
Create and continuously improve SOPs and operations process.
Establish an effective assessment and motivation system.
Supervisework efficiency and analyzeperformance data.
Maintain good relationships with local suppliers.
Meet regularly with suppliers and summarize and discuss any relevant problems.
Source new local suppliers and establish partnerships when needed.
Work with company management to optimize working processes.

Qualifications:

University Bachelor’s degree or above
Willing to work hard to achieve the company’s goals, in possession of strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as an ability to solve complex problems.
Experience in logistics, warehouse management or supply chain management a plus.
Native Indian with experience of living and working in India.
