Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the school's foreign teachers recruitment, training, assessment system and implementation;
2. Led teachers to discuss the teaching problems; At any time in the class and make the quality evaluation, communication and adjustment of teacher shortage;
3. Understand student learning, listen to the views of students, from both students and teachers teaching information feedback;
4. Participate in the development of continuous classes and enrollment plan, program;
5. Understand the work of the various departments, and according to the situation to adjust the work.

Qualifications:
1.Relevant teaching experience. Normally a minimum of five years teaching experience.
2. Education management experience. Normally a minimum of five years education management experience.
3. An understanding of western higher education and the needs and requirements of international students.
4. Specific experience of education in English speaking countries is preferred.
5. Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to lead, motivate, coach and develop staff.
6. A commitment to teamwork, and a demonstrated ability to manage resources effectively, whether human or physical.
7. A record of achievement in teaching.
8. An ability and willingness to travel both within China and international.
