An ideal candidate for the position would have great spoken and written English, excellent communication skills when dealing with potential clients or collaborating partners, and a desire to learn. Employees at island6 have a wide range of duties and responsibilities depending on existing skills, and their willingness to learn new ones that contribute to the collective.
