Responsibility:
 Execute Order Processing for the entire Bruker global supplier base according to Material Resource Planning (MRP) and defined process description / work instructions. This includes Purchase Order creation and submission to suppliers, Order Confirmation entry and delivery date tracking.
 Execute SAP Master Data for the entire Bruker global supplier base according to defined process description / work instructions. This includes updates in the Vendor Master Data, Material Master Data and Purchasing Master Data.
 Create supplier performance reports considering cost and quality aspects and On Time In Full (OTIF) performance.
 Supporting the RFQ process by facilitating the communication with the supplier base in APAC. This includes RFQ deadline tracking and offer analysis creation.

Requirement:
• Bachelor degree in business administration or international trade or supply chain management (or equivalent)
• At least 4 or 5 years working experience in Procurement or related fields
• Excellent communication performer
• Good team worker
• Familiar with SAP transaction codes and operations
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and German (both written and verbal), which is a must.
• Efficient in Microsoft Office
