Responsibility:
1. Follow/update the Publication Calendar to ensure adherence to research report publication dates/deadlines
2. Work with the Research team to ensure that the research products adhere to our Design Framework consistently
3. Review/edit research reports to ensure grammatical accuracy
4. Ensure that the view and tone of a research report remain consistent throughout the entire report
5. Liaise with the Research Managers and/or Compliance Team, examine/edit content to help ensure research products pass Compliance review, while preserving financial logic
6. Raise issues and recommend possible solutions, on a timely basis, to stakeholders
7. Manage the editing and production process, from the point of submission to the point of dissemination
8. In conjunction with the Design Team, train Research team members on our Design Framework
Requirements:
1. Candidate must be a native speaker of English, and be fluent in German or French (at least one European language);
2. Mandarin fluency/proficiency is preferred
3. Prior work experience (6 months+) in Equity Research, Investment Banking, Consulting, Mutual Fund, Hedge Fund, Private Equity or the like would be a plus
4. Prior editorial experience is a plus. Must be able to pay keen attention to editing content produced by non-native speakers of English, and if need be, be able to rework the entire research report
5. Candidate must be attentive to detail and diligent, and be able to multi-task
6. Candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Fluency in Microsoft Office is a must
