Job Description
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
• Communicate with guests and partners by phone and in person.
• Contact the guests in a friendly and generous manner; establish the image of the hotel.
• Communicate with guests while they are in the showroom, halls, sometimes serving coffee is required.
• Other tasks given by department or General Manager.
• Welcome all guests and verify reservations with VIP’s and standard guests.

Person Specification
• Fluent in English, basic Mandarin is a major plus.
• Excellent customer service skills, previous working experience are a major plus.
• Friendly and professional demeanour towards colleagues and guests.
• Positive, consistently hospitable attitude whilst in and outside hotel property.
