Responsibilities:


1.Oversee the day-to-day operation of the entire onsite leasing staff.
2.Maintain a friendly and positive relationship with all tenants and solve tenants leasing issues.
3.Lead the team and building a good relations with the staff.
4.Has an experience in working in a high end Residential Companies
5.Other duties as assigned or necessary to further the mission and profitability of the company.

Requirements:
1. Over 5 years working experiences in Real Estate and Onsite Leasing industry.
2. Strong knowledge and understanding of residential property management/leasing and demonstrated ability to apply property management concepts in practical situations.
3. Experience managing and leading successful employee teams.
4. Train the team on how to monitor onsite issues and daily activities.
