Job Description
CEO Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Management for CEO's working agenda, business trip, emails and documents, also arrange business trip for those who travel together with CEO when necessary;
2 Attend all regular conferences, record meeting minutes or translation for CEO accordingly;
3 Responsible for arranging the company conferences, maintain a clear and ongoing communication between CEO and employees;
4 Business negotiation
5 Support and assist with the marketing activities, such as seminars, exhibitions etc.

QUALIFICATIONS
1 Able to communicate with both international and domestic clients ;
2 Candidates with interpretation/translation working experience are preferable;
4 A certain knowledge of administrative work;
5 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, provide assistance to edit E-mail and compile documents and presentations;
6 Sales or healthcare work experience is preferred.
