BLTC | TRAINING PROVIDERS

Our Implementation team in BLTC has a permanent opportunity for an established, results-driven and proactive Implementation Marketing Officer to join the busy BLTC team in the Training Services space on a part time/full time renewable contract.

The key purpose of this role is to deliver High Level Services to a portfolio of Clients through the provision of Training Services, focusing on Languages, Business Skills, Computer Knowledge, and Computerized Project Management Training.

Key responsibilities of this role include:
• Be responsible for promoting and market development of the company.
• Utilize your individual skills and abilities to help us win prospective clients.
• To successfully convince public client’s and companies to use our services, and join our training courses.
• Establish and maintain customer relationship in designated sales areas, including customer contact, customer support, and customer follow-up.
• Develop new customers through telephone, emails, and customer visits.
• Other general marketing and PR tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager

Essentials skills for this role:
• Strong customer service and client facing training services.
• Excellent communication skill.
• Excellent English communication skills both in written and spoken.
