Easen International, Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic and talented marketing/executive assistant to join its Shanghai team. This position requires frequent travel for meetings, conferences, and site visits throughout China. This position will report directly to Easen’s senior management with direct and frequent contact with government officials and high level corporate executives for project management and business development initiatives. The Assistant will work to execute and implement our project management and marketing initiatives, and translate written material and oral presentations.
Responsibilities:
• Support senior executives in day to day activities including project management, scheduling, translation (Eng to Chinese, Chinese to Eng), etc.
• Assist senior executives market Easen’s services including water/wastewater management, environmental site assessment, subsurface investigation, remediation design, geologic/hydrologic characterization, and remediation construction.
• Market Easen’s remediation reagents, infrastructure asset management computer software and other industry related products
• Identify sales/marketing channels and utilize available resources for strategic marketing
• Research and identify remediation project opportunities
• Research, identify and prepare grant proposal for remediation and environment improvement projects
• Interaction with clients, manufacturers, regulatory agencies, financing institutions, and other consultants while working on projects.
• Must have the ability to manage a varied, complex workload
• Must be able to travel throughout China and other regions in Asia
• Must have high degree of analytical skills
• Preparation of contract/subcontract documents including plans and specifications
