Job description:
1. Responsible for providing leasing property service for Top 500 Global corporations and Call-in Clients.
2. Responsible for building good partnership with HR of Top 500 Global corporations.
3. Assist team leader to develop the sale's target; model; strategy; budget and plan of bonus.
4. Responsible for developing and maintaining coorperate and call-in clients.
5. Responsible for finishing the sale's plan, and make the performance reach the target.
6. Responsible for collecting the commission.
7. Finishing other work what team leader assigns.

Job requirement:
1. College or above, major in English listening, speaking, reading and writing skill.
2. 1 years' working experience in leasing property, be in charge of 1 or 2 cooperate clients.
3. Strong ability of market analysis, marketing, promotion and good interpersonal communication, coordination, analysis and problem solving skills.
4. Strong dedication to work, and certain leadership ability.
5. Chinese candidate is preferred.
