Full time and Part time Telesales and Customer service executives

About us : eTECH Information Technology (Shanghai) Company Limited is working with a leading telecommunication company on a series of marketing programs to promote awareness and usage of telecom services targeting the expatriates market in Shanghai. We are now looking for high caliber persons to join us as full time or part time Telesales and Customer service executives.

The job: To handle customer’s enquiries on phone, interactive media, outbound campaign offering upgrades, contract renewals and upselling, to conduct telephone survey, to perform telesales and other marketing activities. It presents a good opportunity for career development in Shanghai.
(Comprehensive training will be provided)

Working hours: Flexible for part time staff.

Pay and benefits: Negotiable basic salary + Bonus + other benefits

The person: Good command in spoken and written English. Native English speakers preferred. Knowledge of Putonghua and other languages will be an advantage. Telesales background preferred, residing in Shanghai, Available ASAP.
