Work Responsibility:

1. To contact overseas real estate brokerage firm, overseas real estate developers, realtors to establish business cooperating relationship.
2. To lead the sales team to cooperate with the Chinese real estate sales company and to set up business cooperating relationship.

3.To accomplish personal sales performance and team sales performance.

4.To host the real estate projects presentation and to answer the questions asked by the clients on site.

Requirements for the Job:

1. Mandarin fluent, Native or near native English speaker required.
2.Sharp thinker, good communication skills. Can undertake work pressure. Leadership.
3. Candidates with U.S. realtor's license preferred.
4.Candidates with experiences in real estate, overseas studying and immigration preferred.
5. Creative.
