The company is looking for an Italian Chef with experience to supervise our main kitchen production.

Duties:

- Oversee all the relevant food hygiene and health safety regulations
- Check the producing process and the standards of food preparation
- Seek ways of improving the quality of the process
- Manage the kitchen staff

Requirements:

- Strong experience as a Chef and managing staff
- Experienced in managing and supervise big productions
- Fluent in English (Chinese language proficiency not required)
- Italian nationality required
