Description:

Duties:
1.Responsible for the daily management of academic work in the center, implement standardized management of teaching
2.In charge of the management of the teacher evaluation and teaching quality control

5.Seize the technology and the development direction of teaching, fully understand requirements for the center, assist to do reasonable allocation
Requirements:
1.At least 5 years experience in the management of English teaching program, familiar with IELTS, TOEFL test and other test training system abroad, have a deep understanding of Chinese and western education system
2.Master degree or above from leading overseas universities, education related professional background will be given the priority
3.Being equipped with abilities of designing curriculums, developing educational resources, introducing and integrating high quality educational resources in the market and taking a deep research in the teaching method
4.Europe or the United States citizenship is required
5.Strong ability in writing, oral communication and speech presentation
