Looking for a dynamic and experienced chef to lead our kitchen and be able to work with myself to create a new menu. Must have experience in menu development and be a great leader in the kitchen environment. Command of the Chinese language a plus. Experience in managing Chinese staff a must. This is not an entry level position. It will only suit a person with experience in managing and creating new menus and an individual who posseses drive and attention to detail.
