Human Resource Assistant
Assistance Plus is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our ever-growing team! We have a full-time opening for an individual that possesses our core values: commitment, integrity, and compassion. If building relationships with individuals comes easy to you, then we want to hear from you! This position will assist in procuring background checks, onboarding new employees, coding, scanning, ensuring compliance, along with other HR related tasks.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid State of Maine driver's license and automobile insurance coverage of $50k/$100k.
- Must have intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- College degree is preferred. Multiple years of experience combined with a high school diploma may be accepted in lieu of the college degree.
- Strong analytical skills
- SHRM-CP or PHR certifications are preferred.
