Position Highlights:
The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of duties to support administration of the assigned department(s). Our ideal candidate has demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. This position requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills. A keen ability to excel in situations that demand tracking multiple tasks is a must.

Responsibilities:
Composes, types, and transcribes correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials, related data and tracking, and other written communications.
Receives, screens and routes visitors and telephone calls. Responds to, escalates, and follows up on inquiries and problems as appropriate.
Maintains files and office equipment. Orders and stocks supplies.
Performs special projects as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Two years of college and/or business school preferred.
Experience with Microsoft applications
Ability to work as a team member and ability to multi task and prioritize.
