Responsibilities include:

• Daily prints invoices from the internet.
• Performs data entry functions, including invoices, expenses, and manual checks.
• Processes and reconciles expense/inventory invoices from vendors in a timely manner.
• Maintains proper filing and storage for records, including invoices.
• Runs checks to pay vendors on a regular schedule, prints the check register, and enters total expenses in the manual checkbook.
• Sends letters to vendors for the Federal 1099 forms and mails the 1099 forms, as required.
• Provides instruction, as needed, on accounts payable procedures.

The position requires at least one year of prior accounts payable experience in an office environment.
